Victoria “Mama Vicky” Bullecer is a woman with the most beautiful soul. Despite her silent battle with breast cancer, Mama Vicky remained strong and selfless to the end. She chose not to burden others, but to carry her pain with courage.

She was more than a mother. She was a second mom to many, a friend, and a guide. Her legacy lives on through her faith, family, and the lives she touched. Even though she is no longer with us, her voice continues to echo in our hearts, her teachings shape our days, and her love endures beyond this life.
